2. Early Access Program
By signing up for the BricksMarket early access program, you acknowledge that:
- The platform is in development and features may change
- There may be bugs or service interruptions
- Early access benefits (including fee waivers) are subject to terms we will communicate
- We may limit or revoke access at our discretion
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Marketplace Rules
When the marketplace launches, users agree to:
- List only genuine LEGO products or compatible items clearly marked as such
- Provide accurate descriptions and condition information
- Honor sales and ship items promptly
- Communicate professionally with buyers and sellers
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Fees
BricksMarket charges fees for marketplace transactions. Current fees start at 2% per transaction. Early access members may receive promotional fee waivers. Fee structures are subject to change with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group. BricksMarket is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. All BricksMarket content, features, and functionality are owned by BricksMarket and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
BricksMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of products sold by third-party sellers.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
